Born in Brooklyn, NY to a Polish-American Dad and an Italian-American Mom, Ray Powers was classically trained on piano at age 6 and had completed his first US tour with his all-teen Christian Rock band, Bliss by age 15. After another decade pounding the pavement in New York-based bands, Powers entered an internship at Mad Hands Records. Ray worked his way up the chain of command at Mad Hands and was promoted to lead producer and head of A&R. Powers co-hosted the morning drive on FM radio in New York before signing on to host his own show, The Ray Powers Hour. The RPH is globally syndicated and reaches audiences in over 193 countries.
